Doing Good for Others - Car Donation

Giving to charity and changing someone else's life for the better is always a great feeling. There are many ways to donate to charity...such as taking clothing to the Salvation Army, Good Will, or even your local church. These places take the items you donate and give them to people that are less fortunate.

One of the newest ways of contributing to help your fellow man is Car Donation. That's right, the old clunker in your backyard, sitting under the tarp not being used can change someones life. It can now be donated to charity. These operations are primarily ran by the state or federal government. By donating your old car, you can help provide transportation to a family/person in need. This family/person can then have reliable transportation to seek work, transport a disabled child, or simply have the joy of not relying on someone else for transportation.
